People who visit the tree are often amazed at it's lifelike appearance. It doesn't actually move, but it tricks the eye into believing it's real. The leaves seem to shift in the wind and the more you stare at it, the more real it becomes. It also exudes a sense of peace as you sit in its presence. The affect is subtle, and people may bustle on by without noticing. But for those who sit on the bench under it's branches, it offers a relaxing respite to the bustle of the city.
